Over the past four years we have developed a culture where all of our practice is informed by evidence-based research. Every member of staff works on a year-long research project that they then share the findings of in a showcase event.
The projects inform policy planning, our drive to keep ahead of the curve with educational thinking and to maintain our relentless focus on achieving the best life chances for our students.
We encourage staff to select projects that they have a keen interest in that will improve their individual performance. All teams across SUA, teachers through to business support look at best practice from across the education sector in the UK and across the world, but also take inspiration from the best practice in other industries.
